REACH is a web of kingdom-minded individuals, churches and networks participating in this vision.

Operations Team

The operations team hold the practical aspects of administrating coaching huddles, forums, courses, prayer initiatives and events. The team raise their own salaries and we invite you to be partners of REACH by supporting us in prayer and finance.

Phil Stokes

Phil is a speaker, a worship leader, and a church planter with 38 years of experience in urban pastoral ministry. He started out in business with his dad and early on discovered a passion for growing communities and starting projects. Together with his wife Julie they have planted and led several churches (they are currently working on a new plant) and helped initiate and run several community projects, including a community Primary School, a successful High Street Art Gallery, and an award-winning Cafe.  

Phil and Julie love to coach and support leaders in their journey of mission and discipleship. They are regular speakers in churches and conferences both here and overseas. Phil loves a good guitar riff and occasionally plays lead guitar in rock/ blues bands.  Phil is the founder and director of REACH London, he serves on the Pioneer London regional leadership team and is the founder and chair of Transform Southwark, a charity and unity network in the borough.

Jasmine Richards 

Jasmine served on REACH’s Operations Team as Communications Director and is assisting Phil & Julie in planting a microchurch for millennials. Jasmine was born and bred in the city of London. She is a trained Social Worker, has a degree in Theology from Spurgeon’s College, and was Associate Pastor at Pollards Hill Baptist Church. Jasmine has a heart for Jesus, discipleship, and guiding young adults into the arms of Jesus.

Philip Parnham

Philip serves on REACH’s Operations Team as a consultant. After many years in Islington, Philip now finds himself supporting REACH remotely from rural Wales. He helps Phil and the team think through operational issues as they arise. Philip is REACH’ resident theologian and is passionate about the Sermon on the Mount, radical discipleship and relational theism. Together with two friends Phil recently launched the Relationary Podcast about all things relational. He is currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma in kingdom theology at Westminster Theological Centre.
