Phil Stokes
Founder Director
Phil is a speaker, a worship leader and a church planter with 38 years experience in urban pastoral ministry. He started out in business with his dad and early on discovered a knack for growing communities and starting community projects. Together with his wife Julie they planted and led The Well Community Church in South London and helped initiate and run several community projects, including a community Primary School, a successful High Street Art Gallery, and an award winning Cafe.
Phil and Julie love to coach and support leaders in their journey of mission and discipleship. They are regular speakers in churches and conferences both here and overseas. Phil is the founder director of REACH London, he serves on the Pioneer London regional leadership team and is the founder and chair of Transform Southwark, a charity and unity network in the borough. He also loves jazz, rock and blues and occasionally plays lead guitar in local bands.
