The Missional Leaders Toolkit #4 Creating A Leadership Pipeline. Training through imitation and apprenticeship as part of a community, activating APEST ministries (Ephesians 5) to fully mobilise the church.
The Missional Leaders Toolkit is an introduction to building a missional culture, developing an integrated approach to disciple making that is both sustainable and joy filled. Each sessions is standalone, however we strongly encourage you to engage the series for best results.
It will be a series of eight sessions lasting 90 minutes spread over a year. They will run monthly on Fridays from April to December 2021. The webinars are designed to equip leaders to reimagine church and mission by bringing simple principles and tools to the task of integrating prophetic insight and strategic planning.
We also offer fortnightly REACH Round Table coaching sessions in between the webinars to give you enough support to thrive as you process your learnings from the group sessions.
