BigSmall? The Japanese have a word (Ōkina ko) that translates as ‘BigSmall’. It denotes something that is both small and big at the same time. We love this word as it captures the essence of the gospel and of how our churches can practically start to think and function in their calling and mission.
BigSmall Learning Community
REACH is hosting an online Learning Community / Community of Practice called BigSmall; 8 x monthly sessions exploring principles, practices, and tools for growing a culture that places mission and discipleship front and centre and equips everyone to play.
We’ll be exploring the practicalities of launching and leading missional communities, multiplying missional leaders, building a discipling culture and much more. BigSmall will journey with you and your team in reimagining church and mission, bringing simple tools and principles to the task of integrating prophetic insight and strategic planning. If you missed earlier sessions, don’t worry, you can purchase recordings of them once you have your tickets for the upcoming sessions.
