With many young people open or actively seeking spiritual parenting, and many seasoned leaders seeking the tools and vehicles through which to invest in the next generation, it seems we are witnessing a Malachi 4:6 moment. “He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers”
We are living in a ‘Moment to Movement’ window of opportunity for Spiritual Fathers and Mothers to invest and transfer capital experience and wisdom to the next generation. This ‘Quiet Revival’ is a wake up call for the older generation not to retire but to re-fire.
Malachi 4:6 signs off the OT and underscores the NT age of the messiah, an age of discipleship and spiritual parenting, where spiritual mothers and fathers invite cohorts of young leaders around them, making time and space available to young people of peace who are looking for wisdom, counsel and a mentoring from older and more experienced friends.
Young leaders thrive best when they are championed and prayed for by older leaders.

- Breakouts and coaching take you through an appraisal of your Capitals and help you clarify your GPS. (Gifts, Passion and Story) and how to align them for fruitful spiritual parenting.
- Ongoing coaching support is made available to those who want it.
