REACH London is developing a network of leadership coaches and missional mentors across the capital. To help kick this off we are drawing on the rich experience of Phil & Julie Stokes. Phil and Julie have over 38 years of experience in inner-city church planting, leadership development, pastoral care and missional innovation. Phil is on the leadership team of Pioneer London and is the director of REACH.
Phil and Julie have launched and led projects in many spheres; including education (they ran a Primary School for 15 years); retail and the arts, (they launched and ran an award winning high street Cafe and Art Gallery for 8 years). Their big passion is church planting and helping to raise a new generation of apostolic pioneers and planters. They are currently embarking on a new church planting strategy as part of REACH to help catalyse a fresh wave of church planting across the capital.
They understand the challenges of pioneering from scratch and of leading in small or large church contexts and love to come alongside to strengthen and coach leaders with their very different but complimentary leadership skills. Phil & Julie offer coaching or pastoral supervision to those in leadership or missional roles.
