REACH signposts and provides training for individuals and church teams committed to fulfilling the mission of Jesus.
Activating leadership
We explore how to shape the culture of our churches; building a discipling culture, strengthening paths to spiritual and emotional health, activating leadership pipelines and establishing a culture of sustainable mission. We affirm that everyone has a (Ephesians fivefold) gift and function to bring to reach London and we are committed to raising up a new generation of enterprising leaders.
Some initiatives
- Leadership Courses: Led by experienced trainers from across the network on a whole range of topics.
- Learning Communities: We source or run various learning community cohorts for empowering leaders, releasing potential and catalysing movements.
- Missional Leaders Toolkit: An introduction to learning communities.
- Internships: Some churches in REACH linked churches already run great internship programs. We run a pan London summer mission and internship program for young people in July each year. Watch this space for news of church based internships and church planting training.
- Personal Development: Pastoral Supervision, Leadership Coaching and other forms of one to one and small group leadership support are available.
- Theological Forums: Tackling current issues and equipping thinkers and practitioners with a strong biblical base are an occasional feature of REACH events.
- Cross-Cultural Mission: Through a growing web of relationships we are building cross cultural initiatives, training and support networks.
