The first of our FORUM SERIES on the APEST callings of Ephesians 4 kicked off in April with apostles anonymous. It was great evening with around 25 folk present from 8 churches and we are following it up with ‘Prophet Or Loss?’ at Lumberjack Cafe, 70 Camberwell Church Street, SE5 on Friday 17th June 7.30pm – 9.30pm.
A forum hosted by Phil Stokes and team. The evening will be a mix of TED style input, breakouts and group discussion in the relaxed and informal environment of Lumberjack Cafe. Refreshments available.
Please note that spaces are limited.
Prophet Or Loss is for all you seers, creatives and justice seekers who can’t help but dream and challenge. The bible teaches that we are all uniquely called and gifted; a unique blend of the five Ephesians 4 ministries. The prophetic call plays a key role in laying the foundations of the church and in steering it’s journey. It is often the role of the prophetic to ‘see’ barriers to healthy connection with God and one another and to bring timely emphasis on what will build that connection. This evening will be about stripping away unhelpful definitions and strengthening a biblical view of the prophetic, seeking a simpler way of discovering and affirming the prophetic gift among us, providing an opportunity to network and explore the breadth of prophetic callings and how to balance and steward the prophetic grace and integrate it with the other APEST gifts.
We encourage you to do this short online fivefold survey, and if you come out quite high as prophetic, or if you know you are in an prophetic ‘phase’… come along… Or maybe you know this is not your gift or calling but you would like to understand the prophetic calling better and meet a few other diverse people who identify as prophetic…(you may be surprised), come along. Register your attendance below.
